I did follow the instruction to uncomment the configure.php to allow editing. But can't create the file. I tried to use ftp but there is no command for php. Please help. thanks. Quote

Please help. thanks. 404 error means you entered an invalid URL or you webserver has specific rewrite rules. You can place a test html file into the oscb directory and make sure that it is accessible from the browser Quote
