Clicking on "new products" on homepage gives a totally blank page with "please contact us if you see this page"

Hello guys,

after clicking on the "new products" link I have in my homepage footer, I get a totally blank page with the warning "please contact us if you see this page"

Everything else would appear to work normally. 

I am on version 4.13.60075 

Could any of the owners point me out on how to solve the issue?

I suspect mine to be a different issue because I am still on 4.13, did not try to upgrade and have no "product property filters" module installed....
