2000 plus items in cart vulnerability bandwidth exploit?

i have noticed 30+ gig a day being used which is not normal.

its very hard to tell what the cause is, but i can see visitor ip sessions with 2000+ items in cart. 

has any one else seen this?

too many random ips to block

in awstats i can see big data used by

facebookexternalhit and Unknown robot identified by bot\*
