mcroper Posted July 14, 2003 Share Posted July 14, 2003 I have set weights for all products to one pound. When I did a test order it was charging for 4 pounds of weight. When I changed one product to .5 pounds, then retested, it went to 3.5 pounds. So it seems it's automatically adding 3 pounds to whatever I put in. How do I fix this? Thanks. Guest Posted July 14, 2003 Share Posted July 14, 2003 admin > Configuration > My Store > Shipping/Packaging > Package Tare Weight. As you have noticed, the default is three pounds.
