Guest Posted July 14, 2003 Share Posted July 14, 2003 how do i find out what version of oscommerce i am running? it was one of them "click to install cart" off my webhost. i'd like to know cause i'm sure some of the contributions only work with certain versions. also need info on updating to newer versions, how simple/difficult it may be. all help is greatly appreciated. Guest Posted July 14, 2003 Share Posted July 14, 2003 depening on how much time between the versions is the question, if you are just installing, I would get the lastest, I'm on loaded5 and that will but the number 2 very soon. you also can get a cart per installed on many servers, save a lot of headaches, then just modifiy to your needs, which is a job in it self. pm me if you want a host, that has it installed.
