Widget not showing in theme but is showing on site

I deleted the bread crumbs widget from the product page and moved it into the header section on the home page.

When I get down to a product page, I am seeing the breadcrumbs from the header section as well as another breadcrumb from the product page (which I deleted).

Any ideas?

There is the breadcrumb widget showing up on the live site but it is not showing up in the theme. Where would one go to look to manually remove this phantom breadcrumb widget?

Sorry for the late reply not sure if this will help but there are two tables :
design_boxes

design_boxes_tmp

I think what you see in the designer comes from the design_boxes_tmp version but live site uses design_boxes. 

I think they are moved over when you click save.  It might be worth checking that they are set up the same in both tables.
