Shipping Module - 2 questions

I'm hoping someone can help me with a couple of small matters relating to Shipping.

1. Where is the setting for 'Free shipping above a certain order value'. I've come across it previously, but can't find it now. I think its default value is £50 (or at least it is in my shop at the moment).
2. How do you determine which of the shipping modules will be selected as the default case on the Cart page? Currently my Cart is defaulting to Free Shipping and I would like it to be Table Method.

Ok, it's just one question now - I've worked out how to define the default shipping module. In case anyone else is wondering, it's done here:

You set the parameter 'First Shipping Selected' to TRUE and then arrange your list of shipping modules so that your default one is at the top of the list.

 

I'd still like an answer to my other question though, if anyone can help.

Admin->Modules->Order structure->Shipping->Edit
