We bought this app on osCommerce. Contacted Klarna. The osCommerce platform is NOT one of their partner platforms, so we can't get connected directly. Meaning we can't get Klarna ID and/or username. They recommended to contact our (or a) PSP, to try to get connected through them. Seems complicated, this isn't what we're looking for, and what we paid for.

Please clarify/detail how we can make Klarna work on osCommerce.

Could you please confirm if you have the existing Klarna account? If not, could you please create one in the Klarna system to get the required information (Klarna ID and/or username)?

Like I mentioned, we are unable to set up an account with Klarna, because we can't move forward signing up, since osCommerce isn't a partner platform.

We spoke to them over the phone, and through email, they confirmed that we CAN NOT get a Klarna user ID directly from them.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are in the process of resigning the partner agreement with Klarna since we recently released the new osCommerce version 4.x and the previous agreement was based on the old osCommerce versions. In the meantime while signing up for the Klarna's account in order to get the required keys for your Klarna module, please choose the custom solution option since the osCommerce platform is not available there yet. After that choose the required Klarna solution, obtain the keys and fill them in in your osCommerce Klarna module.

There is no option to select "custom solution". If the platform - in this case osCommerce - is not on the drop down menu, we're unable to move forward with the registration.

We also contacted them, this is their reply: "Thank you for contacting Klarna merchant support. Since they are not listed within our system, we will not be able to offer you a direct partnership".

 

Please specify where and how exactly we can sign up for Klarna to connect with your osCommerce platform.

 

Also, any update on when the "PayPal Payments Pro" app will be available?
