1. How and where can we set the required amount of point before points can be converted? 
   1. i.e. you must earn 1000-point before conversation of points,
2. How is the best way to rename the hole bonus point system? 
   1. As I would like to name the system like “My OJ Card, My OJ Card Plus”,

The current version does not have such feature. You can set conversion mode: Auto/Manual by admin/Manual by user .

But your idea makes sense, I'll add it to our consideration list.

Use Admin->Design and CSM->Translation and search by keywords.

two more thing with this app:

1. in the document here - https://www.oscommerce.com/wiki/Managing_Bonus_Action_Program

it shows a full list of places and actions where we can set points see image_813 attached but in my admin I only see a short list see screenshot attached. so my question is why am I not see as many point to set points at?

Some of them depend on other applications, some are under refactoring.

List the actions you need and I can be more specific

whishlist ( wish lists with Personal Catalog module) one's for example?
