I'm using Linux with Mozilla/Galeon/Firebird. Even have IE running under crossover - same. However, the one time I managed to read this, it told me to have two directories, Catalog and (under that,) Admin. I can find catalog on the Milestone-2 release, but not admin. After you unzip the downloaded file of MS2, you should have several folders. One of them named catalog. Inside of this folder is the Admin folder that the docs refer too. Also that link does work for me. I'm using IE 6.0. Try this one as well, you might get redirected to the correct page if it is wrong.
