First this is marvellous especially combined with Additional Customer Fields. However I am encountering some issues:

I have added the Checkbox for is the Company VAT registered? Below it I have added the VAT no field. 

When I try to Save the Trade Form I get:

VAT number is not Verified

Even though Checkbox Unticked and no VAT number entered

If I press Save and Continue I get Admin Contact fields flagged up in red even though I have ticked the Checkbox to copy Contact details - it doesn't work. I notice a spelling mistake in the class details html but changing it doesn't help either it's not filled and asks for manual input.

How can these areas be corrected? Please explain the VAT

PDF Button - Not Working!

Gives oops we cant find that page?

How can this be fixed?

Okay,

So having been sent a new PDF button to install by Andrei I can now confirm that normal function is restored:

Pressing the PDF button once again creates the Trade Form PDF thank you!

Regarding the Admin contact details not being copied using the checkbox then I've been told to remove this or program it.

It's good to know what the options are so I can move forward. Again it's difficult to know if it needs updating or not.

Just a few more points on this please:

Additional Customer fields added as dropdowns show up in Trade Form PDF as numbers not values how to change this?

What is the maximum upload size in total for Supporting Documents?

Also when trying to access the documents uploaded in customer account the links don't work?

Thanks again to Andrei,

The updated Trade Form is now mostly working in all aspects as expected.

The only issues I’m noting is that I need to add my own labels for Customer Additional fields on the PDF 

At the end of the process I have altered the link to my Contact Form to ensure something appears.

Otherwise all well and good!
