Newbie needs your help ;)

I am embarrassed to ask this question hehehe....

 

I have added the cart to my webspace, and have been playing with it for a month or so now, adding products and getting to know how the system works.

 

How do I now remove the 'demo text' which appears on the first page?

 

 

The rest of the site is coming along nicely now, and it is time for me to get my cart up & running. This is the first time I have ever used a cart, so I am a little lost.

I have been through the entire file, and I can only find the first part of the welcome message:

Where else could I look for the rest of it ;)
