Ken Shea Posted October 16, 2023 Author Posted October 16, 2023 Have tried to send error logs in case you need them but unable, apparently due to file size. log Zip file is 2+ mb shows max of 1000kb else skipped Quote

You are trying to apply patch from 55725 to 56860, that mean upgrade from 4.11 to 4.12 version. These versions does not support PHP 8.2. So, the solution is to change PHP version to 7.4-8.1, apply both patches and, if 4.13 is successfully installed, you can switch to PHP 8.2 Quote

Ken Shea Posted October 19, 2023 Author Posted October 19, 2023 Hi Pandrei, Set memory as instructed, cleared all cache, deleted current failed deployment, >system updates> clicked Update now> clicked force Update Files turn from red to blue but nothing beyond that and when checking "local Storage" update_from_55725_to_56860 is showing not deployed. Perhaps I am missing a step ? Thanks Ken Quote
