No, it means PHP 7.4 and newer.

Are you sure about PHP v8.2? Could you check it in Settings -> Tools -> Server Info page?

Thanks.

OsCommerce started supporting PHP 8.2 since 4.13 version.

You are trying to apply patch from 55725 to 56860, that mean upgrade from 4.11 to 4.12 version. These versions does not support PHP 8.2.

So, the solution is to change PHP version to 7.4-8.1, apply both patches and, if 4.13 is successfully installed, you can switch to PHP 8.2

Thanks

Ken

Could you send me an access to admin panel?

Hi Pandrei,

Set memory as instructed, cleared all cache, deleted current failed deployment,

>system updates> clicked Update now> clicked force Update

Files turn from red to blue but nothing beyond that and when checking "local Storageupdate_from_55725_to_56860 is showing not deployed.

Perhaps I am missing a step ?

Thanks

Ken

Pandrei,

For some reason am unable to locate the post with instruction you sent to set PHP memory

Was it .user.ini > memory_limit  and .htaccess > php_value memory_limit

If that is correct both are now set to 512M

Tried updating but same error still shows.

error log attached

Thank you

Ken
