Customer Email Order Failure / Error

Hi everyone,

 

Im having the following problem with order emails being sent through to both store admin and customer.

 

When a customer places an order, they do not receive an email of their order / invoice etc. They receive no correspondance whatsoever.

 

The order comes through to the 'send extra orders to' email address ONLY. Store Admin address does not get an email, nor does the customer.

 

Email is on (under email prferences), and it makes no difference as to whether Im using SMTP or SENDMAIL - same error.

 

So in a nutshell, the only email address that orders are being sent to is the 'send extra orders to' email field.

 

The 'contact us' email works however.

 

Any ideas? Much appreciated. Need my customers to be receiving the order / correspondance!

I'm getting the complete opposite: the customer gets the confirmation e-mail with the order details, but no-one on the additional e-mail list gets anything.

 

Before I moved the shop to the live server, it worked fine. In still works fine on my development server, but not on the live server. I'm using PHP 4.2.3 on the live server and PHP 4.1.2 on the development server. I can't think what else could be causing this problem as I just zipped up everything, database and all, and moved it to the live server and changed the directory paths in the config files.
