jamespalm Posted July 12, 2003 Share Posted July 12, 2003 Dear sir , I couldn't install the osc on a Apache server ... I found a alert message in "httpd-error.log on my FreeBSD. It said as below , "[Thu Jul 10 16:51:58 2003] [alert] [client 192.168.0.2] /usr/local/www/data/catalog/.htaccess: SetEnvIf not allowed here" When I checked the setting of httpd.conf on Apache server , I found a configuration about .htaccess as below, # # This controls which options the .htaccess files in directories can # override. Can also be "All", or any combination of "Options", "FileInfo", # "AuthConfig", and "Limit" # AllowOverride AuthConfig When I change the setting from "AllowOverride AuthConfig" to "AllowOverride None" ,and the installation can work.... But I must keep the setting "AllowOverride AuthConfig" of httpd.conf on the Apache server , Could you help me how to solve it on the oscommerce ? Many thanks...
