Urgently need help with Fedex

Hi guys,

 

When I go to the checkout I get this message

 

An error occured with the fedex shipping calculations.

Fedex may not deliver to your country, or your postal code may be wrong.

 

I have it setup with the test url etc... what else do I need to setup in the admin section.....

 

Do I need to put a product weight as well? I have done that but....
