I am getting a "Failed to download application." error when trying to download/install an app.

I have cleared and re-entered the KEY for the app shop. No luck.

I tried installing the Braintree app as well as the new PayPal app. I have also just tried a few other random apps and they are all giving me the same error.

Yes, same here.  Looks like the APP SHOP needs to be reconfigured / reset as it is returning a 500 error
