Local pickup or Pickup from store

We'd like to have this option available for customers.  I've added the Without Shipping module, which might work for us, but it doesn't show up as an shipping option in the shopping cart or the checkout, despite it being active in the Offline Shipping modules.

Anyone have an idea on why that might be, or know how to have local pickup be an option?

I have the same issue, also tried Click & Collect and Cash on Collection, none seem to appear.

I have got click and collect working, uninstalled it and reinstalled using default install instead of changing group and worked. Now to suss the Cash on Collection.

Same issue here for the without shipping module. Uninstalled it and then installed it again. However nothing changed. The shipping method does not shop up on the frontend.

I also tried:

• Toggle the enable module, save, toggled enable Module again.
• Changed shipping cost from 0.00 to  1.00
• Selected a Tax class
• Selected the --none-- tax class
• Selected a shipping zone
• Selected the --none-- shipping zone
• Checked the Allowed only for
• unchecked the Allowed only for
• Checked and unchecked : Available for Countries

Anything I can try?

Ok, I got the NoShipping module working.

Solution:

Open file: <your shop>\lib\common\modules\orderShipping\no_shipping.php

find: 

$this->hidden = true;

change it to:

$this->hidden = false;

Save the file
