♥monte22
Drop the standard table background images. They dont go well with any store I have seen, and just make it look tacky. Also, I would change your buttons to a blue that matches. Just my .
Guest
The whole store is running on SSL - this is not necessary and slows the store.
papasan
Drop the standard table background images. They dont go well with any store I have seen, and just make it look tacky. Also, I would change your buttons to a blue that matches. Just my .02 definatly, but i'm going to wait until i get 2.2 up and running to do these things. The whole store is running on SSL - this is not necessary and slows the store. with 2.1 and a shared SSL server it is neccessary. if i don't put the whole site through SSL then wierd things happen with review submitions, shopping carts, etc. hopefully 2.2 will fix things. besides, on my DSL it doesn't seem all that much slower. ♥monte22
I wouldn't base a good load time on your DSL. I also have DSL and I love it, but you have to remember that over 40% of the country is still using 56k or less.
BestBuyDan
Could you please tell me which mod you used to have the pricing listed the way you have it. I like the fact the retail price and the amount saved from retail price is displayed. Thanks in advance.
BestBuyDan
Your site would benefit (load time) if you removed the item count for each category in the admin area.
