mcroper Posted July 11, 2003 Share Posted July 11, 2003 What do you guys prefer? UPS? USPS? I am not sure which to go with or how to get them to work on my site. I have heard UPS is less expensive but they don't ship on Saturdays and I don't know if that irritates customers. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated! However, the UPS does give you a little more security. For exmple, you can calll UPS can have a package delivery canceled. They also give you a tracking number which tells you when you can expect delivery. USPS delivery confirmation only tells you after it gets there. We currently use both, allowing the customers to select which they prefer. However, we will seriously consider swithcing to UPS is we can give them to give us the "Cheap" dialy pickup rates. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit.
