oScommerce v4 issue with notification pop at product page?

Hello to all,

I just installed the new oscommerce 4v version but don't know where can I check the emails that my customers send me for product's notification, in the product page the notification pops up asking for name and email but I don't receive any email at all? Please help me to sort it out this issue?

You can install Email History Report app

It shows all sent emails and its statuses
