hey there this is my problem : Noone can see the images / php files.

You need to reconfigure it with the HTTP_SERVER variable in includes/configure.php set to http://24.47.169.144:2307

 

When on another machine, 127.0.0.1 will refer to that machine, not your machine. Thus, when you click on a link, it is trying to talk to a web server on the local machine.
