live support help

I have installed live support and it apears great.

 

However, I have two problems with it,, Prolly both something I have done but maybe someone can tell me what and how to fix it.

 

first,, in the admin section. when i click on live support under tools,,, in the center where the link is to start live support,, just above that is a line that says,,

Heading_title

 

any ideals there?

 

second,,, when in a chat window,, I must let the customer end click close first,,, If the admin side is closed first, then the admin side will not reset and when the customer side is clicked again, it shows busy on the admin side.... as well,,, when the chat is closed,, there is a not found error window comes up on the admin side

 

 

anyway,, any ideals or tips ,,
