Guest Posted July 10, 2003 Share Posted July 10, 2003 When my customers try to use a credit card through the authorizenet payment module that comes with the cart, it keeps giving them the "there has been an errror trying to process your credit card, put in another number...." I have been trying to solve this for some time, and I have seen other posts, and I do believe it has something to do with the form features set through Authorizenet's setting control. Does anyone know what might be my problem, and what exactly I want to be 'required' on the forum, and how I should set up the rest of the form validations so my customers can use credit cards.
