cwdmark
hi all, is there any way to capture a person's ip when they order, and if it is a faulty person ordering we can go and block the ip? we've been having people place orders with stolen credit cards and its just getting too much of a hassle to deal with... thanks, mark

Salvo
ops, the contributio does the ip address logging, I am not quite sure about the blocking but it shouldn't be difficult to adjust
Guest
One should probably do the blocking prior to OSC anyway, i.e. in Apache or TCP wrappers. Further, you are probably going to have to make the decision to block outside of OSC (OSC doesn't know about stolen CCs). Therefore, it doesn't matter if you have to block outside. The important part is to make sure that the info is saved so that you have the opportunity to block. Good luck, Matt
