The e-commerce.

session limiter

Recommended Posts

When I start the shop the following appears and I can't get it fixed:

Warning: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/sites/site43/web/catalog/includes/configure.php:42) in /home/sites/site43/web/catalog/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Somebody any idea?

I just moved the site from one server to another so I thinks it's something in my php.ini or something??

Hi,

I have the same problem. I have the shop running perfectly on my development server and when I put it onto the destination server I get this error as well. Any help?

Thanks

Mathias

No, I checked the correspondending language files. They all end properly.

I red in a lot of postings about that problem, that in the php.init-file the variable register_globals must be set to TRUE. That is the case on my server (following the server details in the admin section of oscommerce).

The php-Version is 4.2.3. Bevore it run perfectly on a server with php 4.3.1. Can I change anything in osc or do I have to ask my isp to upgrade php?

thanks for any help!

Mathias

I also checked the files. They're alright.

Register_globals are on.

Anyone got another suggestion??

O, btw I'm using PHP 4.1.2

Hi,

I went on searching for a solution for our problem and found the following discussion. I am just trying it out. Maybe you do the same and we discuss the result here.

http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/viewtopic.php...6898&highlight=

I will post my experience here as soon as I tried out.

Btw.: On my dev server runs PHP 4.3.1. On the target server (on which occurs the problem) runs PHP 4.2.3.

Cheers

Mathias

To me its very strange?! because I've got a webserver with a several vsites on it. I've got a few which are running oscommerce without any problem. Also moved from the old to the new server.

I'm now coping again from the old to the new server.

I'll let you know

Yes, it works fine now. Matzze, maybe you just need to ftp the site again to the server.
