Guest Posted July 10, 2003 Share Posted July 10, 2003 Hi i use addaction for hosting and they selfinstall the script for me with the password i tell them and so after the self installer runs i try to access the admin page and the pop-up password thing comes up and my user and pass wont work?? Guest Posted July 10, 2003 Share Posted July 10, 2003 well to fix my problem the only thing i found so far was to remove the .htacess in the admin folder but im sure its accessible to everyone now :/ heres what my htaccess says AuthType Basic AuthName "osCommerce Administration" AuthUserFile /home/rackio/.htpasswds/shop/admin/passwd require valid-user that brings up a pop-up thing and i cant log in Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
