levon666 Posted July 9, 2003 Share Posted July 9, 2003 Hi. Hope somebody can help me here... I installed osCommerce v2.2ms1 today and the installation was a breeze, had no problems at all. However. when i type in the url example : http://www.mysitename.com/admin ,,,, i can get to the admin page/section without being asked for a username and password. Is this right ? Another thing, when i type this url into my browser,,, http://www.mysitename.com/catalog ,, i get an error message which says : Forbidden You don't have permission to access /catalog/ on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. But if i type this in my browser : http://www.mysitename.com/catalog/default.php ,,,,, it takes me to the store front. What have i done wrong ? Can someone please help ?
