pandrei Posted May 27 Share Posted May 27 It seems that starting after May 23, 2023, the old API for UPS rates stopped working. Try to use Personal Rate UPS Shipping module. The XML API will require valid ups.com developer credentials. Specifically you'll need a username, password, and access key. You'll plug these into the extension's settings. jimdanforth Posted May 30 Author Share Posted May 30 @pandrei The personal rates also crashes with "please contact us if you see this page" The error log has the entry: ups: disabled because of wrong zone I have tried all 3 available in the backend, but I suspect its a UPS zone, not an oscommerce one. Warning: Undefined array key "reset_static_product_prices_cache" in /var/www/html/oscommerce4/lib/common/classes/shopping_cart.php on line 1526please contact us if you see this page I can't see anywhere in the code that this is set.
