A Fixed top banner ?

On the desk top for now, when a visitor scroll's  down far enough onany page the top banner will scroll up and eventually out of sight.

Would it be something not to major to fix it's position.?

Try adding something like this to your main CSS file,  Save and refresh your browser window

  position: sticky;
  top: 0;
  z-index: 999;
