Complete Products re-write?

Hi

 

I already have a Db set up on my site and would find it much easier to simply add a buy now button to what's already there... is there a simple(ish) way to do this?

 

Or do I have to re-write all the tables in OSCommerce to accomodate?

I have searched the forum but not come up with anything although I am sure this must have been asked before.
