Guest Posted July 8, 2003 Share Posted July 8, 2003 I have created downloadable products. Two, one a PDF document and the other a ZIP file containing the pdf document. My download directory is 755 and the pub is 777. I have the links working properly because I get the link to click on to download my file. The download appears properly yet when I try to open the PDF or the ZIP file there is nothing there. The PDF starts Adobe then tells me "There was an error opening this document. The file does not exists" The ZIP just give me an empty listing in WINZIP. Anyone have any clues. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted July 9, 2003 Share Posted July 9, 2003 ok something new. I click on the link then save the file to disk and I can read the contents in the file. Yet when I try to open from the link provided the zip file is empty. I moved the zip file to /catalog and used the browser to open it and it works just fine.
