sql tables

i have a question about adding tables. i see some of these contributions and they incluse sql files. is there anyone who can show me hot to add them or point me in a direction to learn how to do it

 

there are some great contributions out there and what governs if i will use them is that if i see sql tablesi wont touch them because i am scared that i will really mess things up bad

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
