errors..

hello,

i have the fallowing errors with my store and i dont know how to fix them. here they are and maybe you can fix them for me. thanks,

 

first i have this at the top of my pages and i dont know what permissions it wants;

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpsdocs/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

 

then when using https i get this;

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpsdocs/catalog/install) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpsdocs:/tmp) in /home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpdocs/catalog/includes/header.php on line 15

what do you mean. i am in the store and its giving me that error at the top of all the pages in the store.

use chmod to change the permissions in Linux/UNIX

or

use ftp tools to change the permissions in Win

I installed but at the bottom where specials should be shows:
