zones.php problem - Help Please

I am having some issues with an older version of zones.php (Version 1.13 2002/10/15).

 

Unfortunately I can't update to the latest version as the amount of modifications I have made would mean a heck of a long time cutting my new code.

 

My site is having problems calculating the total weight of 1 product in my cart that is 0.1lbs. It displays the 4lb rate of $49.00.

 

Example table rate:

2:41.62,

4:49.00,

6:56.75,...

...etc

 

Can someone help me please?!?!?!?!
