Web Delivery

I'm sure this is probably asked a million times, but I havent been able to find a thread on this.

 

How do I create products for web delivery, like shareware for example. If the sale is successful, I'd like to redirect the customer to a protected page, so that they can download the file. What is the correct way to do this in osCommerce?

Thanks! I knew it had to be somewhere. On a side note the wiki isn't the friendliest for new users. A good example is

This is the page I expected the documentation to be at. When you click on it, it says "Documentation should go here :)". I thought so too. It's not clear (to us noobs) that there is any documentation there.
