micetrap Posted July 6, 2003 Posted July 6, 2003 Hello, I am having a problem with the cvv2 info being pulled properly. When a customer makes a purchase, it asks for the cvv2# information, but when I am in the admin and look at a transaction, the cvv#2 part is blank. I had 2 older orders that were already in the system before I upgraded and these transactions DID have the cvv2#s, but all new transactions have it missing. It does have CVV Number:, but then it's blank. When I do the REMOVE Cvv2 info on the main admin order page, it does change to 000. I really hope someone can help me because I really rely on the cvv2 info to avoid fraud. Steve
