admin tool processes wrong directory

after installing oscommerce2.2ms1 more or less error-free i now have a problem i can't seem to solve.

 

i couldn't install into my root dir so i chose the following:

www.mysite.com/shop/catalog

and

www.mysite.com/shop/DirWhichWasAdmin

anyway, after accessing the admin tool it's trying to process all admin-files in www.mysite.com/admin

 

where do i have to make changes so the admin tool uses the right paths?

should have been www.mysite.com/shop/catalog/DirWhichWasAdmin instead of www.mysite.com/shop/DirWhichWasAdmin
