Help! Changed order in category..now whole site now

Hi all,

 

Please help. :(

 

I modified the order of a couple of categories in admin, now both the catalog/default.php URL & admin/default.php URL errors with this..

 

1226 - User 'rcharles' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 36000)

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

 

[TEP STOP]

 

I only use my FTP program & MySQL Control Centre.

 

Can anyone assist to let me know what I've done & how to fix.
