Couple ?'s from a newbie

I recently got OSC installed and was looking to see if there is any way to move the Available Options (Price, Size, Quantity, etc...) from the bottom to just below the Product Description? I am using MoPictures if that makes a difference.

 

I am assuming this will be a simple move of some code, but not sure what and where I will need to move it.

 

Also, can someone tell me if there is a way to remove all the languages from the Admin section so I won't have to scroll through them each time?

I found deleting the language folders as well as each specific language file in the languages folder for admin, got rid of the non-english areas in Admin.
