3 entries of each configuration in configure.php

I am having a bit of a strange problem.

 

I recently upgraded our site to MS1. now when i goto admin/configure.php I get a listing of 3 of each object.

 

i.e.

 

 

First Name

Date of Birth

E-Mail Address

Last Name

Street Address

Company

Company

Company

Post Code

City

State

Telephone Number

Password

Credit Card Owner Name

Credit Card Number

Review Text

I have searched for an answer but not found anything.. Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions
