Warning Error in Admin Panel After Upgrade

I'm getting the following warning errors after upgrading from 2.1 to 2.2:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for tep_get_zone_name() in /home/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 270

Warning: Missing argument 3 for tep_get_zone_name() in /home/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 270

does anyone know what the problem might be??
