Guest Posted July 3, 2003 Posted July 3, 2003 Before doing that, you might want to check and make sure that admin > Configuration > My Store > E-Mail Address is configured correctly. You should get order emails automatically. Also, you may want to check admin > Configuration > E-Mail Options > Send E-Mails, which should be true. If none of this works, you may want to check if *anyone* is receiving emails by placing a test order with your email address. If not, this may just be a server configuration problem. Let us know. Server and everything else is configured correctly :-( I am using the work around as discribed above, which works fine, so no big deal, but I am still interested, why the standard mail doesn't get sent.
