sarahlyao Posted July 3, 2003 Posted July 3, 2003 i just bought an OS Commerce website that was already set up by someone else. i can get in the back door through the CPanel but cannot change things in File Manager that way. i cannot connect using FTP. i was told to use the same username and password with the FTP as i do for the CPanel, but i keep getting 'login error' and then it asks for my login info again (this is both CuteFTP and WS_FTP). :( is there a setting somewhere that i should be looking for that needs to be changed to allow me entry via FTP? :? thanks for any assistance. sarah www.thewhitedragon.us Complete metaphysical supplies
