lynncoles Posted July 3, 2003 Posted July 3, 2003 I have just started testing with version 2.2MS1 and have successfully edited the Shipping & Returns and Conditions Of Use information. However when I edited the Privacy section, using the same Tools/Define Languages facility, and returned to the catalog I found it is returning the included variable names (eg NAVBAR_TITLE, HEADING_TITLE AND TEXT_INFORMATION) instead of the expected content (eg Privacy Notice, etc). Please can someone explain why this should the case, especially when the other edits were fine, and what needs to be done to fix the problem? Thanks, in anticipation! Lynn
MeGaHeRtZ Posted July 3, 2003 Posted July 3, 2003 I have a similar problem with a new install. in the admin configuration none of the HEADING_TITLE names nor do the TABLE_HEADING_******* 's appear. I just don't know what is configured wrong.

lynncoles Posted July 3, 2003 Author Posted July 3, 2003 Make sure none of your text content has the ' character in it because that creates a coding error and results in the variable name being shown - at least that is what I discovered. I took the offending charaters out and the headings, etc, displayed correctly. Hope that helps Lynn
