How can I print simple catalog ?

I have been inspiret by Kim and him Add a Printable Catalog v1.1(http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,815).

This features is greats but I have some thing then I want to add into it, but I don't know how...

Can you help me to di it Please :?:

I want use only simple list (no images, description atc. )

the page can look this style:

 

header(name of shop and contakt atc.. like in Printable Catalog v1.1)

 

name of categorie c1

name of subcategorie 1/c1

name of product 1/s1/c1 , old price - new price , quantity

name of product 2/s1/c1 , old price - new price , quantity

name of product 3/s1/c1 atc..
