I plan on using oscommerce as teh shopping cart for my new site, and use 2checkout as the payment processor. Now I need to include a large text box for peopel to submit about a page worth of text when they make their transcation. Just a simple text box which would allow them to cut and paste some text into, and then have it email me that text when the submit an order. Is this easier to set up on oscommerce? Can it be configured so the text is emailed to me when someone submits their payment with 2checkout? Your help is much appreciated.
Guest Posted July 31, 2003 Posted July 31, 2003 During the checkout process in osCommerce, the customer is presented with a 'comments' box in the checkout form that'll accept a lot of text. You can edit the title on the box and the page stuff around the box if you want, e.g. if it's extra information or some type of description that you are needing, you can tell them to enter it in the 'comments' box, and even rename the box to say something more meaningful. That way, 2CheckOut's only task is to process payment. Brian
