Moved OS-Commerce V4 to new domain and now all urls still rfering to the old domain

I have searched DB and config files , and change what I can do new domain , cleared all cache, yet all the urls and images are rendered with old domain in their address. 

How to fix this issue? where is the location that contain the base host domain name for the website
