PROBLEM with report: "Customer Orders-Total"

This report seems to pull in data for orders of all status.


On my site (snapshot from mid may), if an order does not go all the way through (like if someone makes it all the way through checkout but stops at the PayPal screen) a record is still logged in the database with a status of 9999 in the orders table.


It does not make sense to me to record the order in the DB if the customer does not make it to the ORDER SUCCESS screen.


Has this been changed in a newer version of OSC or does anyone know how to 'fix' this feature/bug off the top of their head?


I guess one could either re-write the report to exlclude '9999' OR change the checkout process.
