Is there a contribution to add recommendations to the order?

I would like to include additional offers to my customers in the order confirmation email that they receive after a purchase. Does anyone know of a contribution that will either include a product from either the "people who bought this also bought this" or a way to add products depending on what they purchased?

 

I guess you could call it an upsell.
